The Role
As an Automotive Programme Lead, you will:
🔹 Deliver engaging training sessions, both practical and classroom-based, to automotive apprentices
🔹 Work closely with employers to ensure apprentices meet industry standards and career goals
🔹 Oversee workshop and equipment maintenance to provide a safe and effective learning environment
🔹 Monitor apprentice progress, offering guidance and support throughout their journey
🔹 Maintain compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and quality assurance policies
🔹 Engage with employers and the wider community to promote apprenticeship opportunities
The Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will need:
✔ Level 3 trade qualification in the automotive sector
✔ Level 3 teaching qualification (or higher)
✔ Level 3 IAG and Level 3 coaching qualification
✔ Level 2 safeguarding qualification
✔ Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths & English (or equivalent)
✔ A full UK driving license (travel may be required)
