Job Type: Full-time (36 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days)
Overtime: Available
Salary: £13 - £14 per hourJoin a family-run food manufacturing business based in Melton Mowbray as a Baker. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to producing high-quality baked goods.
Day-to-day of the role:
Work methodically to maintain excellent organisational standards within the bakery.
Deliver high-quality results under pressure, ensuring attention to detail in all baking processes.
Maintain exceptional personal, food, and kitchen hygiene standards at all times.
Work independently while effectively communicating and collaborating with the team.
Adapt to overtime requirements during busy periods to meet production needs.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a bakery is desirable but not mandatory.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.Benefits:
