One of the London's most renowned gastro pubs is looking for a talented beverage manager, that can fully operate the bar and work with the senior management towards strategic development of the business.

Responsibilities:
Lead from the front, whilst making sure the bar is fully operational.
Manage, motivate, train and coach the bar team.
Budget control, while making the ROTAS and manage the inventory (wet stock).
Get involved in building a team and monitor their performance.
Keep the high standards levels and brief the team on a regular basis.
Create a culture where every individual feels valued and happy at work.Desired skills and attributes:
Previous experience as a Bar Manager in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership skills that come naturally.
Excellent knowledge of beverage products.
Can take the pressure whilst maintaining a focus mind.
