As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who need additional support with their behaviour and emotional development. You will help to create a positive learning environment by offering guidance, mentoring, and tailored interventions that support good behaviour in the classroom and throughout the school.
Key Responsibilities of the Behaviour Mentor:
Work with students on a one-to-one basis to address behavioural challenges
Collaborate with teachers and senior leadership to develop strategies for managing behaviour
Implement behaviour management plans and track progress
Provide mentoring and guidance to students to improve their emotional wellbeing
Support students in making positive choices and managing their behaviour in school settings
