Behavior Mentor
* Monday to Friday
* 8.30am-4pm
* Long-term / Full-time roles

Behaviour Mentor Role:
* Support and Guidance: Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behaviour challenges, helping them develop positive behaviours and coping strategies.
* Behaviour Interventions: Implement and monitor individualised behaviour plans in collaboration with teachers and support staff.
* Positive Relationships: Build strong, trusting relationships with students, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
* Role Modeling: Demonstrate and encourage positive behaviour, communication, and social skills.
* Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ overall development and success.
