Job Description
We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor / SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team and provide cover across KS3 in a highly supportive alternative provision. The role begins immediately and continues for the academic year until September 2025.
What we're looking for:
Experience working with pupils with ADHD, ASD, and ODD, ideally within an alternative or SEN setting
Confidence in managing challenging behaviour with a restorative, calm approach
A holistic mindset - able to think outside the box and engage hard-to-reach students
Diligent and proactive with a team-first attitude
Creative and adaptable - ready to lead engaging learning and enrichment sessions
You'll join a small, caring team dedicated to transforming the life chances of students who have struggled in mainstream educationBefore You Apply
