Key responsibilities:
* Support students with tailored behaviour management techniques
* Encourage positive relationships and build trust through daily mentoring
* Assist in the implementation of individual learning plans in collaboration with school staff
* Help create an inclusive classroom where all pupils feel heard and valued
* Track student progress and provide feedback to educators and parents
We’re looking for individuals who are:
✅ Passionate about supporting young people, especially those with additional needs
✅ Skilled in managing behaviour calmly and positively
✅ Reliable and available Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
✅ Willing to obtain a child and adult Enhanced DBS (or already registered on the Update Service)
✅ Team Teach trained (advantageous, not essential)
✅ Previous experience in a PRU, SEN or youth-based setting is beneficial
