Behaviour Support Assistant – Secondary School – Eastleigh
Full-Time | Temp to Perm Opportunity

About the Role:
Supporting students across KS3 and KS4 with behavioural, emotional, and social needs
Working closely with the school’s pastoral team to implement effective behaviour management strategies
Acting as a positive role model and encouraging engagement both inside and outside the classroom
Helping create a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
