Job Description
Position: Behaviour Support Assistant
Location: Littlehampton
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safety and support to students, ensuring access to learning.
Build trusted relationships with students, offering individual support.
Encourage inclusion, participation, and peer interaction in the classroom.
Set tailored goals and challenges to promote self-confidence.
Work with students to meet high expectations in both behavior and achievement.
Requirements:
Experience in youth work or working with children with challenging behavior or SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health).
Passionate, creative, and enthusiastic, with a resilient and positive attitude.
Ability to contribute to a nurturing and supportive school environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
