The Role – Behaviour Support Assistant
We are looking for a calm, consistent, and resilient Behaviour support assistant to join a specialist secondary provision based in Bromley. This is a full-time position supporting students aged 11–16, many of whom have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream education.
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work 1:1 and with small groups to help students develop emotional regulation, build self-confidence, and engage positively in their learning. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people with SEMH needs, trauma backgrounds, or behavioural challenges. A background in youth work, mentoring, or sports coaching would be highly advantageous.
