Job Description

The Role:
You’ll join a well-established Pre-Construction team, playing a vital role in managing and coordinating the bid process to secure exciting and prestigious projects. This is a key role within the business that offers the chance to work with a highly skilled and motivated team.
Key Responsibilities:

Leading the preparation and submission of high-quality tenders and PQQs
*
Coordinating inputs from estimating, design, planning, and delivery teams
*
Managing bid programmes, timelines, and deliverables
*
Ensuring compliance with client requirements and enhancing win strategies
*
Supporting client presentations and interviews
*
Driving continuous improvement in the bid process
What We’re Looking For:
*
Proven experience as a Bid Manager within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
*
A strong understanding of the construction tendering process (Design & Build preferred)
*
Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
*
A team-focused approach and ability to work under pressure
*
Based within commutable distance of Bristol
