Are you an experienced BID Manager looking for a new contract opportunity?

The Opportunity
Due to increased expansion, our client, a principal contractor, are looking to bring in an experienced BID Manager to drive and succeed in the winning of new work, specifically around the value of £500 million.
The role
This role has been deemed outside IR35 but is dependent on a full status determination assessment. Also open to Inside IR35 if necessary.
Contract role- 3 months
Location: Swindon - Hybrid
Rate: £600 - £650 per day (Negotiable)
Your duties and responsibilities will be
Lead and manage tender opportunities
Provide direction to the bid team for successful outcomes
Develop bid strategy with Business Development Manager and Sector Director
Oversee commercial strategy and manage tender programme
Ensure adherence to company procedures and governance
Communicate with clients, third parties, and supply chain
Manage risk, opportunities, and commercial output
Participate in the selection of suppliers and specialist third partiesYou will have the following qualifications & experience
Sound knowledge of the UK construction market
Knowledge of relevant legislation
Knowledge of Civil Engineering
Commercial awareness of different forms of contract
Strong presentation and Client communication skills
Sound knowledge of the governance and procedural requirements for work winning.Get in touch now
