They are looking for a Bid Manager to lead the creation of high-quality, winning bid submissions, to work closely with their in-house design team and stakeholders to create bespoke solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full bid process, from opportunity identification to submission and feedback.

Develop effective bid strategies, leveraging in-house expertise.
*
Collaborate with teams (design, technical, commercial) to create compelling bids.
*
Craft clear, persuasive content showcasing our value.
*
Engage with public and private sector clients, including airports.
*
Use AI tools for bid optimization and maintain the bid library.
*
Drive continuous improvement in bid processes.
Essential Skills & Experience:
*
Proven experience in bid management or writing, ideally in renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure.
*
Successful track record with high bid win rates.
*
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
*
Familiarity with AI tools for bid optimization (desirable).
Desirable Skills:

Experience with public (local authorities, healthcare, education) and private sector clients (industrial, airports).

Knowledge of heat networks or renewable energy.
