Bid Manager – Soft Services (Security & Cleaning)
Hybrid (Average 1 day/week in London office) | North London Area
Up to £60K + Bonus + Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver compliant, compelling bids, tenders, and proposals across guarding and cleaning contracts
*
Lead the full bid process from qualification to submission, shaping bid strategy alongside Sales Director and BDMs
*
Manage timelines, storytelling, and proposal content to boost win rates
*
Maintain structured bid libraries and track tender success metrics
*
Manage portal access and prioritize pipeline activities for ongoing bid and tender opportunities
What You’ll Bring:
*
Proven bid manager or bid writer experience within FM or service industries
*
Strong written communication, project management, and bid and proposal strategy skills
*
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tenders and bids
*
Experience with security or cleaning bid management advantageous but not essential
*
Familiarity with PQQs, RFPs, tender portals, and proposal documentation a plus
