Job Description

Our client operates all throughout London and the Southeast of England as a Contractor providing Construction, refurbishments, and Regeneration services for all sectors, including Healthcare, Education, and Commercial. Role: To assist in the production of tender submissions and other work winning documents including presentations and other marketing material as required. To manage the company bid library content. To manage tender correspondence. Responsibilities: * Ensure that the Company Health and Safety policy is complied with at all times, putting safety above all other considerations * Assist with the drafting of tender submission documents * Proof-read and critique tender submissions * Manage tender correspondence received via client portals and emails * Manage the Bid Library by ensuring best responses are retained whilst removing out of date information * Create and update case studies and CV’s * Create and manage photo library for use in bids, tagging against relevant topics * Ensure consistency in information across bid library, website, etc. such as contract values, contract durations, form of contract, etc. * Co-ordinating and producing submission templates in line with company branding * Preparing PowerPoint presentations for tender interviews * Create charts and other pictorial representations to demonstrate standard company processes and activities * Liaise with other disciplines to obtain information which supports our bids particularly with regards to social value, innovation, training etc * Update the Company’s Document Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to share knowledge across the Company * Actively develop own knowledge and capabilities relevant to job role * Support the Company’s commitment to sustainability. Key criteria: * Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a bid team, not necessarily in construction * Management of quality response library * Management of tender correspondence * Proof-reading of bids
