- A minimum of 2 years of project experience in a BIM-specific role.
- Proven ability to manage projects from concept stage to completion and handover.
- A solid understanding of UK BIM standards.
- Advanced proficiency in REVIT.
- Experience in project-level BIM coordination.
- Previous experience managing Architectural teams in BIM workflows.
- Familiarity with Navisworks or Solibri is advantageous.
- Experience with large-scale and complex projects.
