We are seeking a passionate and experienced Biology Teacher to join our esteemed faith school in Birmingham. The Role – Biology Teacher
As an experienced Biology Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Biology across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, with a focus on A-Level preparation. You will deliver engaging and challenging lessons, fostering a love for science while maintaining high academic standards. You will also work collaboratively with a dedicated team of Biology Teachers to continuously improve teaching practices and support the development of the curriculum.
In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will be expected to contribute to the wider school community by engaging in extracurricular activities and helping to build a positive, inclusive school culture rooted in Christian values.

The Ideal Candidate – Experienced Biology Teacher
We are looking for an experienced Biology Teacher who:
• Holds QTS and a relevant degree in Biology or a related subject
• Has proven experience teaching Biology at KS3, KS4, and KS5 (including A-Level)
• Has a passion for inspiring students and fostering a love for Biology
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to academic excellence and student development
• Can effectively work within a team of Biology Teachers and contribute to curriculum development
• Has excellent classroom management skills and a proactive approach to student engagement
• Is enthusiastic about contributing to the faith-based ethos of the school and engaging in the wider school community
