Job Description
BMS Package Manager
Clear. are working closely with one of Ireland's leading construction and engineering firms, with over 100 years of experience delivering high-quality building, civil, and industrial projects.
As a BMS Package Manager, you will be the key interface between design, installation, and commissioning teams, ensuring the successful delivery of Building Management Systems on large-scale construction projects. You'll work closely with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure systems are delivered to the highest quality, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:
Manage the BMS scope from design coordination through to commissioning and client handover.
Liaise with design consultants, subcontractors, and client teams to ensure BMS systems meet performance and compliance requirements.
Oversee installation quality, testing, and commissioning processes.
Ensure project milestones and program targets are met.
Experience Required:
Proven experience delivering BMS systems on large construction or data centre projects.
Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and smart technologies.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Degree in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
