What You Will Do: • Lead and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) validation activities during critical launch phases, ensuring alignment with PI planning expectations. • Arrange and facilitate meetings with engineers to validate parts, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Identify and raise issues using the AIMS tool or live engineering concerns, driving swift resolutions. • Create and publish master metrics via a night letter daily during validation activities to keep all stakeholders informed. • Facilitate handover meetings and confirm the closure of AIMS raised during validation to maintain project momentum. What You Will Bring: • Strong project management and time/workload management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions quickly. • Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, and a solid understanding of BOM usages. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex problems clearly and effectively. • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a customer-first approach and a passion for delivering excellence.
