Job Description
Accept Recruitment is currently recruiting for a skilled Brake Press Operator and Setter to join our client’s manufacturing team based in LE19, specialising in the production of high-quality metal components.
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00
Pay Rate:
£14.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate CNC brake press machines
* Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
* Adjust machine settings based on material type and thickness
* Carry out quality checks on finished components
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience operating and setting CNC brake press machinery
* Solid understanding of technical and engineering drawings
* Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
