Job Description
We are currently seeking a Branch Sales Manager for our client who are a leading manufacturer, retailer and reseller of trailer and towing products across the globe. Based in Cardiff (CF11), the role will be to manage the retail branch and manage a team of 3 staff, ensuring excellent customer service and branch sales margins are achieved.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities
* Actively sell and promote trailers, parts and servicing to customers, ensuring all sales enquiries are handled professionally.
* Demonstrate company products and services, ensuring all sales opportunities are followed through and maximised.
* Responsible for the performance of the Cardiff Branch, ensuring that the team are working effectively and dealing with any issues that may arise.
* Ensure systems are in place to monitor and maintain stock inventory
* Mainain customer CRM system
* Manage, motivate and train your team to achieve their full potential.
Candidates must be:
* Experienced managers/ supervisors, ideally within equipment /machinery sales with a successful track record
* Customer focused and highly organised
* Effective influencers with great negotiating skills
* Driven and motivated to achieve success.
In return you will be rewarded with a salary of 32K + monthly bonus (OTE 39K) & company vehicle. Hours of work Mon – Fri 9-5Before You Apply
