We are currently seeking a Branch Sales Manager for our client who are a leading manufacturer, retailer and reseller of trailer and towing products across the globe. Based in Derby, the role will be to manage the retail branch and a team of 4 staff, ensuring excellent customer service and branch sales margins are achieved.
You will actively sell and promote trailers, parts and servicing to customers, ensuring all sales enquiries are handled professionally.
You will demonstrate company products and services, ensuring all sales opportunities are followed through and maximised. In addition you will oversee the Derby branch, ensuring that the team are working effectively and dealing with any issues that may arise.
Candidates must be:
* Experienced managers/ supervisors, ideally within equipment /machinery sales with a successful track record
* Customer focused and highly organised
* Effective influencers with great negotiating skills
* Driven and motivated to achieve success.
In return you will be rewarded with a salary of c 33K , monthly bonus (OTE 40K) & company vehicle. Hours of work Mon – Fri 9-5
