Job Description
Are you currently an automotive retail General Sales Manager or Brand Manager? Do you excel at ensuring your team delivers an exceptional level of customer service, with the ability to build long-lasting and exceptional customer experiences? If you're fluent in both English and Arabic and looking for a super new role, this opportunity is for you.
We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Bahrain for a Brand Manager to lead the business with a forward-thinking, results-driven approach.
The Role
* Take full ownership of the brand's profit and loss across new and pre-owned vehicle operations.
* Develop and execute a cohesive sales and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Ensure seamless collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and After-Sales teams to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
* Identify market opportunities and forge partnerships with high-end, complementary lifestyle brands.
* Act as the face of the brand, leading showroom excellence, customer engagement, and brand representation across all channels.
* Oversee digital marketing efforts and in-person activations to strengthen market presence.
* Lead, mentor, and support the sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of performance and innovation.
Ideal Candidate
* 7-10 years of experience in automotive premium brands
* Strong knowledge of the local market in Bahrain and the wider GCC region.
* Fluent in English and Arabic
* Proven ability to manage teams, develop brand strategies, and achieve commercial targets.
* Confident communicator with strong business insight and stakeholder management skills.
* We will also consider candidates currently managing luxury brands, such as Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Patek Philippe, Rolex, Audemars Piguet etc…
