Deliver BREEAM assessments across all stages-from pre-assessment to post-construction.
Work collaboratively with clients, architects, and contractors to meet sustainability objectives.
Prepare and submit evidence to support BREEAM credits.
Stay up to date with changing legislation and BREEAM standards.
Provide sustainability advice and insights to improve environmental performance.What We're Looking For:
Licensed BREEAM Assessor with 2-3 years of experience in a consultancy or construction environment.
Strong project coordination and communication skills.
Background in sustainability, architecture, environmental science, or engineering.
BREEAM AP accreditation is a plus-not essential, but definitely an advantage.
Experience with Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) would also be highly beneficial.
