Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Brickwork Lecturer to join our Construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to students on a range of Brickwork and Construction courses, from Level 1 to Level 3.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and practical lessons in brickwork and trowel trades

Plan, prepare and assess course materials to meet curriculum standards
*
Support learners in achieving their qualifications and developing employability skills

Ensure a safe, inclusive, and motivating workshop environment
*
Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement processes
*
Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement
Requirements:
*
Level 3 qualification in Brickwork or related construction trade
*
Recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one, e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training)
*
Industry experience in bricklaying or construction
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
