My client based within Hertfordshire are looking to appoint a Building Services Manager temporarily whilst they complete a restructure.
Skills/Experience/Responsibilities
Have experience overseeing all repairs, maintenance, and compliance within a Local Authority/Housing Association & previously implemented robust statutory compliance processes.
Review the Stock Condition Survey Data and draft up a 30-year business plan for corporate/commercial assets.
Previously managed Building Services, Garages and Asset Data Teams.
Ability to make unilateral decisions.
Key details
Contract length: 6 Months
Rate: Negotiable DOE.
IR35 Status: Inside.
Working Pattern: Hybrid 2/3-day split.
