Are you an experienced Building Services Manager looking for your next move?
The Company
If so this role with one of the UK’s major main contractor’s main contractors could be of interest. They have established themselves as being one the leading main contractor’s in the commercial, residential, public and interiors sectors. They work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £500k – 50million. The current position is for an experienced Building Services Manager to join their interiors division on a freelance basis.
The Person
We are looking for a Building Services Manager who has been working with a top 100 main contractor. You will have experience of taking projects from pre-construction through delivery to handover and you will be responsible for managing all the MEP aspects of projects. A recognisable building services qualification is required. Experience of working on fit out and interiors projects in the £500k - £10m range is essential. The role involves working with the preferred supply chain from RIBA stage 2 through to RIBA stage 5 on two stage D&B projects. Works consist of plant replacement and upgrade projects with values ranging from £300k - £5m and you will have circa 4 projects on at any one time.
