Location: Cirencester

Our client is a nationwide Mechanical and Electrical Design & Installation Contractor delivering high-quality solutions across commercial and industrial sectors including healthcare, education, retail, and leisure. Our full-service offering includes design, project management, procurement, installation, commissioning, and maintenance—with a strong emphasis on quality and innovation.
The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Services Estimator to join our Pre-Construction team. You will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive estimates for a range of M&E projects. This is a key role within the business, reporting directly to the Construction Director and working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Review tender documents and prepare detailed electrical estimates.
*
Evaluate labour, material, and subcontractor requirements.
*
Conduct internal tender adjudications and risk reviews.
*
Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to secure competitive pricing.
*
Support handover to project teams and update in-house costing tools.
About You:
*
Experience in estimating for M&E contractors, with a focus on commercial projects.
*
Strong technical understanding of electrical services and building systems.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) with excellent numeracy and analytical skills.
*
Commercially aware with strong communication and organisational abilities.

Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamBefore You Apply
