What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in maintaining the quality and safety of our clients portfolio of homes. This hands-on role involves assessing repair needs, particularly around damp and mould, managing contractors, and ensuring that homes meet legal and habitable standards.
Diagnose and resolve minor building defects
Carry out damp, mould, and disrepair inspections
Manage DLO teams and external contractors
Support residents through effective communication and resolution of repair issues

Who We're Looking For
We want a surveyor who not only understands buildings but also values the impact their work has on residents' lives.
You'll Need:
A relevant qualification (HNC or higher in Building, Surveying, or CIOB)
Solid knowledge of housing disrepair legislation, Homes for Habitation Act, and HHSRS
Strong experience in damp and mould diagnosis and building pathology
Excellent reporting and documentation skills (MS Word)
Confidence in managing budgets, deadlines, and contractors
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel around Windsor, Berkshire, and North Hampshire
