Senior Business Analyst - Capital Markets
Location: Belfast, UK (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a leading global financial services company. This role is perfect for someone who understands capital markets, especially derivatives, structured products, and trading platforms.
What You'll Do:
Work with traders, developers, and clients to improve pricing and trading systems
Help manage and enhance RFQ (Request for Quote) workflows
Support system integration with platforms like CitiVelocity and FIX protocol
Write clear business requirements and support testing
Suggest ways to automate processes and make systems more efficient
Provide training and help users get the most out of the systemsWhat We're Looking For:
8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets or trading tech
Knowledge of OTC options, RFQ workflows, and pricing systems
Hands-on experience with FIX protocol and structured product booking tools
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Understanding of automation and Straight-Through Processing (STP) is a bonusYour Background:
Degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field
Business Analysis certifications are a plus
