A forward-thinking secondary school in Shrewsbury is urgently seeking a dynamic and skilled Computer Science Teacher to join their team on a full-time temporary basis, with an immediate start. This is an exciting opportunity to teach Computer Science from KS3 through to KS5, including A-Level, in a supportive and resource-rich environment.
About the Role:

Key Stages: KS3, KS4 (GCSE), and KS5 (A-Level)

You’ll deliver creative, challenging lessons that develop pupils’ confidence and capability in Computer Science, including programming, algorithms, systems architecture, and emerging technologies. Students are enthusiastic and engaged, and the department is equipped with modern ICT suites and relevant software tools.
What We’re Looking For:

A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
*
UK QTS or equivalent secondary teaching qualification
*
Experience teaching Computer Science to at least KS4; A-Level experience desirable
*
Confidence using a range of platforms and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL)
*
A commitment to delivering high-quality, inclusive education
