Business Centre Manager
Location: Basingstoke RG21
Salary: £35,000 - £36,000 / NEG
Our client is a very well-established business with over 80 sites across the UK.
The Business Centre Manager role is central to our clients growth and will form the site's intrinsic link and representation between new and existing customers and deliver all key metrics of performance and standards.
We are seeking a candidate who has a strong business acumen, enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills.
You will be responsible for the day to running of the business centre and line manager to the assistant manager and maintenance operations.
The role involves:
-Dealing with new and existing customers, building good relationships.
- Responsible for the day to day operation of the site
-Driving revenue by delivering new sales and enhancing income streams
- Dealing with monthly billing and invoices, P&L, cost analysis and sales with new customers when viewing the site.
-Supervision of the administration team
-Regular site audits with key stakeholders
-Ensuring all company procedures, health and safety and policies are adhered to
- Occasionally may be required to oversee other sites.
