MSM Healthcare Ltd require a Business Development Consultant to help drive the business growth within the company.
MSM Healthcare was formed ten years ago by three mental health nurses. Since then, the agency has grown and we now require a business Development Consultant to continue that growth. With branches in Essex and Norfolk, MSM Healthcare is a company that is run by healthcare professionals with over 60 years of combined healthcare & business experience. Our vision has always been to serve the East Anglia and national healthcare community with a high quality service. We are deliberately different because we do not want to be “just another agency” but will use our knowledge and skills to ensure that our clients and care staff get the service they deserve which will ultimately benefit the service users, whom it should be all about.
Position: Business Development Consultant
Location: Clacton, Essex - Can be hybrid
Job Type: Full Time Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
The role holder will be expected to manage and grow existing account base while actively seeking new business opportunities. This role will work closely as part of a team to provide an efficient level of support within the agreed geographical area.
Experience:
Essential
* Managing customer account base
* Winning new business
* Proven track record of achieving measurable new business results
* Previous experience of selling in a comparible field
* Previous experience of visiting customers on-site
* Drive, determination and a "can do" attitude
Desirable
* Experience in the Healthcare Sector
Skills & Knowledge
Essential
* You must hold a valid UK driving license and have your own transport
* High Standards of time emangement, organisational skills and personal presentation
* Competent in Windows 365
