Business Development Executive (Construction)
£45,000 - £50,000 + Industry Training + Early Finish On A Friday + Company Car + Free On Site Parking + Company Events

Are you a business development executive, with experience in B2B sales, looking to join a well-established company that offers industry training and company events?
Are you technically knowledgeable of the construction industry and looking to join a company, known as one of the largest general builders in the Central Belt, that offers a early finish on a Friday and a company car?
This company was established over four decades ago and since then has expanded to over one-hundred and eighty employees. Offering general building, and civil services, the company are trusted by large organisations in Scotland including Edinburgh council.
In this role the suitable candidate will be expected to travel to client sites three to four days, meeting with customers, architects and suppliers to increase the outreach of the business. You will need to work for the generation of new business as well as maintain relationships with existing clients to bring in projects.

The Role:
8 - 5 Monday - Thursday 8 - 3:30 Friday
Travel to client sites three - four days and work from the office on remaining days
Primarily travel across the Central Belt of Scotland
Work with clients, architects and suppliers to maintain, and grow, the outreach of the company
Work for the development of new business and maintain existing relationships to generate new projectsThe Person:
