Business Development Manager - Outbound & Lead Generation Focus
Our client, a fast-growing agency located in Madrid, is seeking a proactive and resourceful Business Development Manager to drive outbound sales activity and build a robust pipeline of qualified leads. This pivotal role focuses on generating discovery calls and new business opportunities through various outbound strategies-ranging from cold outreach and LinkedIn prospecting to email marketing.
Working closely with our Managing Director and Head of Sales, you will generate momentum at the top of the funnel and ensure a steady stream of opportunities for our team in Madrid to nurture and convert into long-term clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage outbound lead generation activities across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, cold email, phone, and networking events.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads aligned with our ideal client profiles.
Use insights and marketing tools to identify high-potential prospects.
Collaborate with the team to book discovery calls and create compelling sales conversations.
Track all activity in our CRM to maintain visibility on pipeline health and deal progression.

Has proven B2B outbound sales or business development experience, ideally in digital marketing.
Is confident in generating leads independently using various methods.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their results.
Communicates effectively and builds rapport naturally.
