Job Description
Ranson Barnes Recruitment Ltd are proud to be working with this successful and expanding family-run business, which has a strong presence across Yorkshire & Derbyshire.
With headquarters in Sheffield, our client operates a thriving ‘Business-to-Business’ (B2B) model, with products all businesses need.
This is a field based role and the next hire will cover Sheffield and surrounding regions. You’ll be targeting a wide range of businesses including Hospitality, Leisure, Corporate, Industrial etc.
If you have a passion for selling and forging new business relationships via cold calling and prospecting then you will be suitable for this role.

Working hours can be flexible if needed but generally 9am – 5pm, Mon-Fri is required

Responsibilities:
*
Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and social prospecting
*
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, ensuring you hit your OTE
*
Collaborate closely with internal teams, fostering clear communication and a positive, solution-oriented approach
*
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate, timely information
*
Partner with the Sales Manager to spot growth opportunities and support ongoing sales activities in your region
Experience:
*
Sales experience is a plus, but not essential – the right attitude, passion, and drive to succeed matter most
*
A tenacious and resilient personality
*
Confidence using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for prospecting and enhancing brand awareness
*
A professional and polite approach, always representing the company with excellence
*
Ability to work independently while thriving as part of the larger team
Benefits:

£28,000 basic salary with £35,500 OTE (uncapped)

37.5 hours a week
*
28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
