Business Development Manager (Fall Arrest / Fall Protection Solutions)
£40,000 - £45,000 + Progression + Fully Remote Position + Company Bonus + Car Allowance + Enhanced Holidays + Company Events

Are you a business development manager with experience in fall arrest and fall protection solutions looking to join a company that offers an autonomous position with enhanced holidays and a fully remote position?

This company provide a range of height safety solutions including safety lines, rope access and maintenance services. The company are based in Dorset and operate nationwide for a variety of residential and commercial projects.
In this role the suitable candidate will be expected to generate new business opportunities, with a combination of cold calling and warm leads. The role will see the candidate work with new business and existing clients. The accounts you will be dealing with range from small to large, key accounts.

The Role:
9 - 5 Monday - Friday
Travel to client sites to understand their needs and work to resolve queries
Outreach to new clients with a combination of cold calling and chasing warm leads
Work with new and existing clients to generate more projects
When working with existing clients, be in charge of a range of account sizes
Travel to the head office in Dorset a couple times a month to maintain contact with the senior management teamThe Person:
