Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives. * Identify new market opportunities and potential clients through research and networking. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Conduct negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and agreements. * Collaborate with the sales team to align business development strategies with sales initiatives. * Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage client interactions, and report on business development activities. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. * Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective clients. Requirements * Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the related industry of modular Buildings. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. * Excellent understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
