A fantastic opportunity for a skilled Telesales professional to join a local company that is part of a Global Telecoms Giant. You will be responsible for driving forward sales of B2B Mobiles Solutions in a given geographical area. Mobiles experience is NOT necessary but you must have current/recent B2B/B2C telesales experience 1. WHY – Purpose: To Sell BT Business’s Products and Services and specifically the new EE Mobile Proposition to the SME Market in the Coventry, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Area. BT/EE want to be recognised as the No 1 mobile supplier in the Business Market. 2. WITH WHO – Relationships: With KDM within the SME Market (Managing Directors, IT Directors, Sales Directors and Finance Directors – You will need to be able to sell to Top Team Decision Makers in organisations from 1 man bands to 100+ Employees. With your sales Colleagues. Desk based Sales, Hybrid based sales and Field Sales and & A Field Mobile Specialist who works for BT/EE Directly whose role is to support and help you achieve the mobile target. You will need to be able to work with a close knit sales team, working to the same goals as a team whilst also achieving your personal targets. You will also need to be able to build an effective relationship with the service team to ensure we limit the time taken to deal with any potential sales order issues. The relationship with your sales team is vital to the success of your role. You want them to be proactively finding opportunity for you to go and close to supplement the work you are doing. With BT Departments and Key Members of the Support Team from BT – It is important that you manage any inbound leads from customers confidently and accurately and ensure they are passed to the relevant team within BT to help resolve any issues. It is also key that you build and develop relationships with key personnel from BT who are there to help you develop. 3. RESULTS – Outputs/Activities • To Deliver £50,000 new Mobile SOV per month • 75 Plus calls Per Day Capturing what customers have, with whom, when they are out of contract and reason for changing. • To Book 20 Mobile Meetings per month for 20+ • To Sell Sub 20 Connections Yourself. • To Develop Skills to deliver teams Meetings for sub 20 users • To Work Closely with the Internal Field Mobile Specialist • To ensure you work your prospect bank by contacting each opportunity once per quarter as a minimum. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 12 month Telesales Experience in either B2C or B2B
