What You'll Do as a Business Development Manager: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the industrial recruitment sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Collaborate with branches to maximise client engagement and revenue potential. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed financial targets. Foster long-term client partnerships to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
