In this position you will play a critical role in driving growth by identifying, targeting, and converting new business opportunities. Package for a Business Development Manager:
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000per annum + uncapped commission
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
Contract Type: Permanent

Referral programmeKey Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager:
Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities across target sectors.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using a consultative selling approach.
Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reporting.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.Key Skills and Experience of a Business Development Manager:
Proven success and experience in a new business B2B sales role, ideally within Connectivity, Networks, UC & Voice, Contact Centre, IT & Cloud, or Cyber Security.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly self-motivated with a hunter mentality and goal-oriented mindset.
Understands and works to a clear Sales Process and methodology.
Ability to understand complex customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and pipeline management skills.
Full UK driving licence
