Salary: £65K + Car + Commission

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our sales function and manage a dynamic team of three.
The Role:
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, nurturing key client relationships, and leading a team of three sales professionals. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of three Business Development Executives
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across target markets
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
* Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and growth strategies
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a BDM or senior sales role, ideally within the refrigeration, HVAC, or technical services sector
* Experience managing a small team, with a hands-on leadership style
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* A results-driven mindset with a focus on growth and team development
