What You’ll Be Doing

Own the Midlands & North territory, building and converting a strong sales pipeline

Lead client relationships, bids, tenders, and complex contract negotiations
*
Take a data-driven, insight-led approach to territory planning and performance tracking

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams
*
Position yourself as a trusted advisor to NHS and digital healthcare clients
*
Deliver and exceed performance targets — and be rewarded for it
What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years' experience in digital healthcare sales (SaaS or services)
*
Proven success selling into the NHS or similar healthcare environments
*
Strategic mindset with strong communication and deal-closing skills
*
Entrepreneurial energy, resilience, and the ability to lead from the front
*
Thrives in a fast-paced, agile, and mission-led business
