Our client is seeking a target-driven, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our innovative photovoltaic roofing solutions. About the Role This high-impact role will see you collaborating directly with the CEO to drive national sales, build strategic relationships with architects and specifiers, and position the company as a market leader in sustainable, integrated solar solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to influence product adoption across a wide range of building projects – from self-build homes to large-scale commercial developments. 🔧 What You’ll Do * Lead sales of products across the UK and beyond * Build a pipeline through prospecting architects, installers, developers, and major multinationals * Deliver compelling CPD presentations and represent the company at exhibitions and trade shows * Secure product specification in building projects and oversee sales through to completion * Collaborate on technical proposals, energy modelling, and CAD support for client projects * Develop and maintain marketing tools, social media campaigns, and sales support material What We’re Looking For * Proven sales experience in the roofing or building specification sector * Commercially savvy with a track record of growing sales nationally or internationally * Technical know-how – knowledge of roofing systems, CAD, and BIPV is a big plus * Excellent communicator with strong project and account management skills * A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment Why Join us?
