Building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients
Attending networking events and meetings
Supporting leadership teams with day-to-day administrative needs

Preparing and maintaining documentation, reports and spreadsheets
Managing the company’s social media accounts and website updates

Must haves…
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and marketing tools [eg. Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Mailchimp etc..]
Experience/ strong knowledge of the construction sector
Detail-orientated, with strong organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
