Job Description
We’re currently recruiting five New Business Managers for a leading and highly respected pharmaceutical company undergoing exciting growth and transformation. These are field-based, customer-facing roles with established territories ready to be taken over and developed further.

Norfolk and SuffolkThe Opportunity Due to internal promotions and business expansion, we’re hiring experienced Key Account Managers or Business Development professionals with a passion for improving patient outcomes and a desire to grow within a fast-moving, supportive organisation.
You’ll inherit well-established accounts in both primary and secondary care, working with trusted brands across multiple therapy areas including Allergy, Dermatology, Urology and Women’s Health. This is a chance to own your territory, build lasting relationships, and be part of a business that values autonomy, innovation, and collaboration.
What You’ll Need
ABPI qualification (essential)
Ideally 2–3+ years’ experience in a similar KAM or BD role
Previous responsibility for multiple products or therapy areas
Strong understanding of the NHS landscape (primary and secondary care)
Science or Pharma degree preferred
Confident in both face-to-face and virtual customer engagement (Teams/Zoom)
Analytical mindset – comfortable using data to identify opportunities
Must live in or very close to the relevant regionWhat’s in it for You
£55,000–£65,000 base salary (depending on experience)
£10–15k bonus potential in year one
£7k car allowance or electric company car
