Job Title: Business & Performance Analyst (Part-Time, Remote) Location: Remote (UK-based) Hours: Part-Time – 2.5 days per week Contract: Temporary Agency Contract Sector: NHS Rate: Competitive – Contact for Details Contact: (url removed) Pay: £18 per hour via Umbrella (£14.65 Paye exc) Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Business & Performance Analyst to support the NHS on a remote, part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to an important national mental health initiative while working flexibly. Role Overview: The post-holder will work closely with the CAMEO Service, supporting the development of a bespoke dashboard that displays a range of outcome measures. You will also liaise with Manchester University to enable data flows for a broader outcomes data-sharing project. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet data and reporting requirements. Project manage the entire dashboard development process: from requirements gathering and data design to drafting visualisations and final delivery. Identify and mitigate risks, including data quality issues and Information Governance (IG) compliance. Maintain clear communication of the project plan, updates, and delivery timelines with all stakeholders. Work closely with both the CAMEO team and the Lead for Performance & Analytics to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Requirements: Proven experience in business analysis, performance reporting, or data analytics—preferably within the NHS or healthcare sector. Strong skills in project management and stakeholder communication. Understanding of data warehousing, visualisation tools, and IG/data quality standards.
