About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher to join our outstanding independent school in Essex. This full-time position offers the exciting opportunity to teach Business Studies at Key Stage 4 (GCSE), with the potential to teach A-Level Business Studies for the right candidate. As a Business Studies Teacher, you will inspire students, develop their critical thinking, and promote a deep understanding of business concepts, equipping them for both academic success and the world of work.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver engaging, high-quality Business Studies lessons up to GCSE level, with the opportunity to teach A-Level Business Studies for the right candidate.
· Develop and implement lesson plans that encourage independent learning, critical thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of business principles.
· Provide constructive and timely feedback to students, ensuring their continuous academic growth and success in Business Studies.
· Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment that supports student engagement and active participation.
· Contribute to the ongoing development of the Business Studies curriculum and offer ideas for extra-curricular activities, particularly those that enhance student understanding of business.

About You:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
· A degree in Business Studies or a related subject.
· A PGCE or QTS.
