Are you a passionate and motivated Business Teacher eager to inspire students and take on a leadership role? A highly regarded secondary school in Hereford is seeking a talented and ambitious Business Teacher to join their expanding department from September 2025. This full-time, permanent role includes a TLR2b for added departmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Business to GCSE (KS4) and A-Level (KS5)
*
Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development
*
Carry out assessment, feedback, and reporting duties
*
Take on a leadership responsibility as part of the TLR2b role
*
Provide pastoral care, including form tutor responsibilities
Qualifications and Experience:
*
A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
*
QTS or PGCE
*
Experience teaching Business at KS4 and ideally KS5
*
A passion for leadership and department improvement
*
ECTs with strong subject knowledge and ambition are welcome to apply
