Our client, an innovative mental health service provider, is seeking a passionate and dedicated CAMHS Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join their team in Accrington. This role offers the opportunity to work in a specialist mental health service for young people with complex needs.
Enjoy a competitive salary ranging from £36,000 to £40,300 per year, depending on experience. There is a full time role available for an RMN on day shifts, and a full time position on nights, working 3 shifts one week and 4 the next.
The shifts on days are 7.50am – 8.05pm
The shifts on nights are 7.50pm – 8.05am.
The rota is to work week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday.
Week 2: Wednesday Thursday and Friday

With two bespoke 10-bedded units, the company focuses on assessment, stabilisation, treatment, and intervention, using an attachment and trauma model to support looked-after children.
As a CAMHS Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you'll:
Assess a variety of acute and complex mental health issues
Plan and implement treatment collaboratively
Work with multi-agency teams and involve families in care
Manage challenging behaviours using de-escalation skills
Support young people through therapeutic interventions and community activities
Complete records and notes in accordance with policy

The ideal CAMHS Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) will have:
At least 1 year of post-qualification experience
A valid NMC pin
Strong communication skills and resilience
The ability to manage challenging behaviours
A proactive and empathetic approach
